‏Rates:
Fee for a 50-minute session with Lara is $185.

‏Insurance:
Lara Schwartz, M.A., MFT is an out of network provider. What that means is you are responsible for the fee at the time of the session. If your insurance company reimburses any part of the session, they will be reimbursing you not us. We are happy to provide a super bill/receipt for you to submit to your insurance, however, we do not do any insurance billing. It is your responsibility to see what kind of insurance coverage you have if you want to try to get reimbursed. You will also need to check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage for teletherapy/telehealth.

I know that being an out of network provider might make it impossible for some people to seek my services. If I am not the right fit for you, Psychology Today online can be a great resource to look for a provider that might take your insurance. Also, your insurance should have a list of in-network providers.

‏Payment:
All major Credit Cards as well as HSA, FSA or HRA cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of the session.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible to pay the full cost of the session.
